Motive for Tesfa Farms

• we never intended to be a large farm and would like to encourage growth to be shared

• most farms are being bought up by corporations … many of them by criminal or foreign organizations

• our passion is building community not financial growth

• we have no appetite to be another mega farm or be a big player in agriculture sector

• A place families can grow with a strong foundation.

• Back to farming … many hands makes light work … skin in the game is the best way for us to be motivated to do our best.

• Value for our community- getting back to the earth and getting off of screens and technology
